Sales Policy

Rawat Al-Ibtikarat Contracting & Trading Co. is committed to providing its products and services in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

• An order or contract becomes effective after approval by both parties and payment of the required amount according to the agreed payment terms.
• The prices stated in the quotation or invoice are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Custom orders or products manufactured or executed specifically at the customer's request cannot be modified or canceled once production or execution has commenced.
• The Company shall execute the work or supply the products according to the agreed specifications. Any changes requested by the customer after signing the contract shall be treated as additional work and charged separately.
• Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon receipt of the goods or upon delivery to the shipping company with documented proof of shipment.
• All products are subject to the Company's warranty and return policy as specified in the contract or invoice.
• The customer is not entitled to a refund for custom orders, specially manufactured products, or design fees, except where required by applicable law.
• The Company reserves the right to reject any order that violates applicable laws or cannot be fulfilled due to technical or operational reasons. Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with the Company's procedures.
• Completing a purchase or signing a contract constitutes the customer's acceptance of all the Company's terms, conditions, and policies.
