Pickup & Return Policy

• The customer has the right to return the goods within 10 days from the invoice date.
• A 20% deduction will be applied as transportation charges, provided that the goods are returned in their original condition, excluding adhesive and grout bags.
• The original invoice must be presented to return any goods listed on the invoice.
• The refund for returned goods will be paid 3 days after the goods are returned to our warehouse.
• The customer is not entitled to a refund for any invoice related to a special order, design fees, or customized mosaic work manufactured specifically according to the customer's request.
